We had our carpets cleaned and they looked great. While they were still wet, a piece of RED felt, got on the carpet -- leaving a large stain right in the middle of the living room. We called Shepherds and even though it was past 9:00 at night, he came back out and worked on that stain for over an hour. He did get all the dye out without damaging the carpet, and then charged us a minimal amount. This type of service certainly is a rare thing!
