If you have a bug problem, or prefer to have someone make sure you don't get one, you need to call Bill. He sets up an appointment as soon as he can get to you, sometimes even on the weekend if you work during the week, or in the evenings. He is honest about what needs to be done and how long it will take, and he is always on time, if he is running late he will call and either reschedule or let you know that he is running late.
