Your client has taken a deposit in the amount of $1100 in May 2013 for repair of roof fascia; work was not performed and deposit was not returned. Suit was filed in 2015 but was dropped without prejudice as no respondent was available at 1719 or 1724 S 8th St 19148; there is new address 1622 S Franklin St 19148 and new suit has been filed to reconcile.
Process server reports that both prior locations appeared vacant, although appeared on contracts and in advertising.
