I started going to Aqua in early 2006, when they had a gal named Jen doing wax there. She was a genius. Never left welts or tore skin. Last month, I called for an appointment and was informed that Jen was gone, but I could see Lisa. Lisa gave me a HUGE (3-4" long) bruise, then tried to tell me that my panties had caused the bruise (the bruise wasn't even in the right place for that to have been true!). In addition to injuring me, she did sloppy work, with poor attention to detail. She didn't check for stray hairs, nor did she trim the hair that was intentionally left behind. If it were possibly to give this service a negative star rating, I would have done so!
