I researched several companies and their reviews. After calling and speaking with Paul, he was the most knowledgeable by far of all the companies I had spoken with. We had recently moved to our new house and was having a really bad ant problem. I felt most confident going with Paul, and their price was fair. I did not regret my decision. Paul worked with our schedule and came right away, and was on time. He educated us on the type of ant and lots of other helpful info. And he even texted afterwards to check in. All of our ants disappeared and we were so grateful! A few straggling ants were spotted in a room we had not sprayed. I texted Paul and he is on his way tomorrow, as it is covered in the 30 day warranty. The customer service is superb. I will be sticking with R&D for any pest control needs.
