That's the phrase that kept coming to mind when I thought about this summer's projects.
I've been using them, almost exclusively, over many years and endorse them without reservation. The only time I ever had a problem was when I DIDN”T use them! A prior roofer wanted 5x as much as Lockhart, so I thought it would be 5x better. Not only was the roof not up to code, but I didn't get everything I paid for. Expensive mistake! It needed to be redone - so I called Lockhart.
The roof was part of a larger project this summer including siding, shutters, gutters, doors, some replacement windows, and the elimination of a few windows entirely - requiring some insulation and drywall. Lockhart did it all! Everything was overseen and guided to completion, every concern addressed, every question answered, every personal decision change (color of shutters, siding, etc) acknowledged with patience and I couldn't be happier with the results!
I recommend them without any reservations.
