I set up an appointment for the window seal on my 2013 Malibu, and made the appointment on time, 10am. My appointment was handled by Mr. Stacy, Marlow Heights. He was very pleasing, answered my questions, on timing because this was a concern for me because I had to be back to work by 2pm, in DC. My car was serviced even though of Ourisman's busy appointment schedule, and walk-ins. The promptness of Mr. Stacy getting me in-and-out left me plenty time to get back to work before time. Thanks
