Technician Jared came out to replace the A/C disconnect and hook up a new capacitor. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and came across as extremely trustworthy and conscientious. Total cost to complete job was totally reasonable (about $85/hour labor and there was no trip charge). Friendly and professional, I will look to them for my future heating and cooling needs.
