We have been VERY satisfied with our agent, Joyce. However, the people answering the phones at the Carey Guarrera office were annoyed because their sign in our yard for our house TO RENT brought in numerous phone calls and they complained to mgt.! So the owner TOLD us to lower our price or he was having their advertising sign taken down! So we advised him that having a sign in our yard was part of the understanding of our contract and he would not be entitled to his fee of the first mos. rent. So, they decided to cancel our contract. This is not only a dumb business decision, poor PR, unprofessional, obvious his employees do not appreciate the fact they have a job and others are looking for work, dictate how his business is run not him and apparent he does not care about all the free marketing and interest in his company our house brought to them for possible future business. We are happy to change companies. Can you imagine being treated this way by a company you hire to market your house for rent and because it brings in a lot of interest they start to tell YOU what to charge for your rent! Ridiculous, they have lost their prospective on how to run their own business, never mind telling me how to conduct mine! NOT SATISFIED WITH OWNER/MANAGEMENT, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Call someone else.
