Received defective furniture and had the worst customer service experience ever. Not happy at all with the customer service or furniture (pub table and 4 stools) from the Furniture Fair location in Fairfield. The table had a missing part and one of the stools had a big noticeable scratch and had a missing part as well. Called the store they wanted me to bring the table back to exchange it out, not happy with that solution because of the inconvenience since the store is a 45 minute drive for me or pay the $99 delivery charge although they were willing to reduce it and charge me $59 to deliver another table and stool, which means that either way I would be paying for a mistake/problem that was no fault of my own. Spoke with the manager Derek who was very rude and condescending and acted as if I am the one at fault and should of paid for the delivery charge in the first place. Where is the quality and good faith of customer service that this company strives on. I will be returning everything for a full refund and will never purchase anything from this company again.
