My mom and I go do something just for us about every 3 months. We have both been really stressed out and I decided that I was going to treat her to a day at the spa. I can not believe how relaxing it is there. I called around to all the spas in the area and they were very comparable on rates. There were a couple other days spas that were a few bucks cheaper but I decided it was worth a $5 difference to stay in town.
