Bottom line: Call this guy. He will not disappoint. I would give him an A+++ in all categories if this rating was available on Angie's list. Stuart HVAC will be my go-to company from now on. And I have worked with many A/C service providers over the past 21 years. Stuart knows his stuff. He is honest. He is reasonable. He is conscientious. And he knocks himself out service-wise. He is respectful and treats you the way you want to be treated. This is what Angie's List is all about - we all want to find people like him. My previous experience with A/C companies: I have had several providers who have either 1) over-charged me; 2) totally messed up my systems; or 3) led me on to believe that my units would break down unless I spend mega-$ in parts. (I have always declined those quotes and my units have worked just fine.) Stuart far surpassed my expectations. He was more thorough than the other companies, and very honest in his evaluation. I fully expected him to tell me I needed a complete new system (one of them is at least 17 years old), so was surprised when he said all it needed was a new contactor. Throughout he was very polite and answered all my questions. He even called ahead to tell me he was running late because of the rain earlier that day, and asked if I was okay with that. He then gave me a new time window, and showed up 15 minutes early. I couldn't be more pleased, and can't recommend Stuart strongly enough.
