Tom Heyman from Armbrust Plumbing in Wheaton was called in at the last minute...we inadvertently flushed a rag down our toilet and could not retrieve it....snaking, removing the toilet....etc. to no avail! Then putting the toilet back in place, once we decided to call in a plumber, tightened a hold down screw too hard and broke the porcelain on the toilet. New toilet.....picked it up early the next morning, Tom was here shortly after we got the toilet home....he retrieved the flushed rag, mounted the new toilet...without delay...within 45 minutes we were back in action with a new toilet! Tom was polite, went right to work, got everything done and cleaned up so quickly...we could hardly believe it! Reaffirmed in our mind, that is what professionals are for! Excellent work! We will be replacing another old toilet soon and Tom Heyman from Armbrust will be called!
