We hired Eastside Heating & Air Conditioning to install a tankless water heater, as well as a heat pump. We had many obstacles to overcome with the installation of both products, which made for a tricky process. When we were taking bids, 2 different contractors were not interested in the project due to its complexity. We were impressed with Eastside from the beginning. They were open with us and made us of aware of the obstacles and which ones could be overcome and how.
Once we signed the contract and the work began, we were even more impressed with them. They were perfectionists with their work and made sure that we were completely satisfied. They took their time to make sure the job was done the right way, even if meant taking a little longer. They were truly professionals throughout the entire project and we are extremely satisfied. Even after we asked them to move a very large, very heavy heat pump from one location to another, which included relocation of already lain cables.
The project is almost completed and thus far we have nothing but great things to say about this company.
