Got put here when I named my price. Did we get lucky! Wonderful location in Lenox Mall altough we found it hard to get in and out without mistakes. Good sized room, nice amenities. Concierge couldn't have been more helpful. $15 self parking high and $10 day for high speed internet is too much. We used dialup at $1.00 per local call. I don't know why less upscale chains can afford free access while 4 and 5 star hotels don't give it away. I hate the feeling I'm being nickled and dimed. In room safe convenient. Staff helpful. And to confirm, we're jeans and guccis people and never felt like we were underdressed.
