First to say love the store, very nice and clean, BUT I have a big problem. I bought a cockatiel from them and got a call a week later saying that we needed to return the bird because it was being board and it was not for sale, OK, so then I took the bird back the owner of the bird was very happy, so Chief's gave us a refund for the bird and a bird of choice, we picked out a bird on the condition that the bird was a male and because of the mix-up Chief's was going to pay for DNA testing, Three different employees of the store said it would take two days to get the results, it has been over four days now and come to find out when I called them today they told me they have not even sent out the lab!!!! And on top of that they want to be rude to me now but they didn't want me to make a scene in front of a store full of customers on Saturday when I had to take the bird back, I have been more than reasonable with them. Bottom line be careful what you buy from them, you may get a call in a week! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN!!!!!!! more
