Our family has used Richard's Carpet, LLC for several different things. When everything went as planed on the first several jobs we were happy with the company. When there was an issue on the last job that we had, the owner was not helpful, did not take the time to resolve the issue and did not do what he said he was going to do. Problems happen it's how you handle the problems that make the difference as an owner he did not make it right, and was not interested in making sure we were happy.
