I would have given them 5 stars if it hadn't taken so long to receive my windows. It took over 12 weeks for the windows to come in (and it was only two windows, and nothing too extraordinary). It was only because they essentially "forgot" about us and so they didn't place the order until several weeks after we had contracted with them (blamed on the fact we did all this right at Christmastime). However once the windows came in, they were prompt to install them. Their customer service is excellent, and their prices are decent. I will probably use them again and I would recommend them!
