I signed a contract with them before we started our cycle. The contract stated that the price was an estimate of what insurance would not cover. They told me on multiple occasions if I was overpaying they would refund me money. I found out later that they had stopped submitting claims to insurance and I still had remaining coverage. I had to argue with them to submit claims. When they finally did submit claims, they changed the price of my package which I had signed a contract for. Of the $7000 they submitted in claims my portion that I was responsible for on my explanation of benefits was $20, yet I did not get that money back because they increased my prices. Ultimately, they made additional money off of me by submitting my claims.
