I too had an unfortunate accident recently (on I-5 - ugh), and was forced to have some body work repair done on my car. My insurance company (USAA) pointed me to Aurora Collision, which was conveniently located near where I lived.
I initially was somewhat skeptical of the shop, having read mixed reviews here and elsewhere online. But I was pretty impressed with how efficient their front desk staff were, and how thorough and responsive their estimators and mechanics were on my car (a BMW). Although I had to give up my car for a few weeks, the wait was largely due to the wait for parts. The estimators were very clear with what work they needed to do, and how they'd approach it. Nice touch to have the car thoroughly cleaned by their detail shop after pick up.
When I brought the car back in for some further work that was needed (a part ultimately was still not working), they promptly scheduled me for a quick repair and got it done to my satisfaction. Plus, another car detail! ;-)
In the end, I came away very impressed with Aurora Collision, and I'd highly recommend them in the case you have to have some body work or repairs done on your car.
