STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!! Rude customer service (Jen)! They are very very very hard to get a hold of! They had many forms to fill out upon arrival! They do not let you choose the gender of your masseuse/masseur!
When I asked for a lady, I was refused and asked to leave. I was told by Jen, that its like going to the doctor's office; however, that is a lousy analogy, because at the doctor's office, you get to choose your doctor AND a doctor is not going to touch you in sensitive areas for 50 minutes, like a masseuse/masseur would.
This place is unaccommodating and they have terrible terrible customer support! Good luck in trying to get a hold of someone!
