I bought a recliner sofa and love seat (leather) just 6 months back and now it has excessive damage in several places. I called store and they asked me to call customer care number. I called customer care and they logged my complain and send the tech to my home to take a look on my furniture. Tech came my home and he took few pictures and told me that someone will get back to you within 3-5 business days. I waited for more than a week and no one called me back. I called the customer care again and they said we closed the case because there is not much damage. I said how can you say there is not much damage and they sent the tech again after few days. This time tech took several pictures and said the same thing you will hear back from us within 3-5 business days. I again waited for 7 business days and no one called back so i called customer care today again and they said we ordered the part for your sofa and you will hear back from us once we get that part. I asked customer care executive why don't you called me for this and she said sorry about that. I explained her that i want to return this product because it has so much damage on multiple places and i paid nearly $2000 for this. i bought this product just 6 months back. She said we can't do anything. After talking to her for 15 minutes she said she will talk to her manager and get back to me within few days. I am not at all satisfied with their product. When i bought this it was looking really cool but within 6 month it has damage everywhere. I spoke to manager today and he said they can only replace part. I said there is damage everywhere how come you will replace part. There was no answer. Its worst customer service and shopping experience of my life. Please don't waste your money by buying anything from them.
