I go to speedy lube all the time, because i believe in there quality of service, Until March 15, 2007 on a Thursday which they where not that busy. Some how they just forgot to put the oil back into my 2004 ford super crew truck. I will never ever go back there again to many chief and not enough Indians.
I work for Caterpillar Forklift as a Part Manager and I know you do forget thing but not OIL. I would be more than happy to apply for the General Manager position.
If it had been someone else, there car or truck engine would have lock up.
I would like a letter from you say that you forgot to but oil in my truck first just in case anything happens in the future.
