Scotts/Rowe: A delightful combination of terrible customer service, smug and rude staff and little selection. Their incompetence is a bit of an anachronism in a time of easy and efficient online shopping. The store is stocked with a few digital cameras, a few rolls of film and a few cheap picture frames. Do yourself a favor: If you need a camera, buy it at B and H. If you need film, but it on Amazon. If you need cheap picture frames, go to Michaels.
