I was impounded by Elite Towing. Of course I was upset but not with them, how could I be when it was my fault for parking in a spot that was for designated personnel. I learned my lesson the hard way. I would like to say that the staff was very friendly and gentle with taking care of me in my moment of anger and the driver who returned my vehicle was very respectful and courteous. I paid him the $220 and he gave me my receipt and I was on my way. Since I could not find a ride they even helped me by waiving the $65 return fee and brought it back. The woman I spoke with said she had no problem doing that because she just wanted to help and she had once too been impounded. Thank god I was not Nasty with them or they would probably not have done that for me. I have learned from this to PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIGNAGE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY LOTS AROUND THE MOA or anywhere. Thank you ELITE TOWING I will use you in the future if I should need a tow or something.
