Heater wouldn't start so I gave them a call. There was an error code which indicated a part was bad, but he tested it and it wasn't. Seems a vacuum wasn't present leading to the switch. Only a service call charge when most would have charged me for the switch. I'll be using them again,with confidence they don't perform and charge for work not required. more
