Fitness 19 is a nice Gym. It's not as great as all those new gyms that have TV ad's, but it's still really nice. You can do your exersizes and build muscle (mainly like your average gym, but wait- there's more!) and if you're new there, they will offer you a coach/ trainer to help you get on the machines and teach you how to handle them properly- so they don't get ruined and you don't get hurt. There are also personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. Like the slogan says, Fitness 19- where you can afford to get fit!
