I experienced the worse service I have ever received from an optical office at this establishment. First, they did not inform me, as to what doctor I would be seeing. When I arrived I was informed I was going to be seeing their new doctor. The new doctor gave me a ten minute eye exam, and then told me I would need to order my trial contacts with the front desk. The front desk informed me I would be getting my trials in 5-7 days, This was on October 6. On the 15th of October I called to ask about my trial contacts because they had not called and they informed me that it was going to take 2-3 weeks. I requested to speak to the doctor. I left messages at both this location and their location in Bellaire. I never received any type of call. Today I called back inquiring about my contacts. Now they apparently are not going to be in to November 3rd, because they had to special order them because my vision has become worse. I was understanding that you went to the doctor to get a diagnosis, and they were suppose to inform you about your condition, especially if it has become substantially worse more
