To my chagrin, I have had more than one person who works for the city or a social service organization tell me I need to change trash services, as Waste Management is the most expensive in town. I tried to change a couple years ago, but as a disabled shut in getting out to do so made it impossible. They did not have recycling when I joined & they have never offered it to me in their bills since either. My advice is AVOID WASTE MANAGEMENT IF YOU ARE ON A FIXED INCOME.
