I purchased two spruce trees from Russell's last November and had them professionally planted by an outstanding landscaper. Both trees died a few months later and Russell's refused to stand behind these dead trees. I am out several hundred dollars and will NEVER do business with this place again nor will my landscaper! This is the first time I have ever expeienced a business refusing to stand behind what they sell.
