Dr. Taeger's office failed to bill our insurance for part of the service. My daughters braces were off for 3 years we were told well before they took her braces off that our bill was paid in full. Then 3 years later Dr. Taeger had an audit and found a small balance remained they turned the debt over to collection and did not bill the insurance and refused to give me an itemized bill to send the insurance company. I sent them many letters and have gotten no response they keep sending me statements instead of itemized bills the don't seem to know the difference the insurance company needs an itemized bill. Dr. Taeger has ruined my credit score over this. I suggest when you are done with treatment make sure you get a signed letter from dr. taeger indicating your bills are paid my daughter is 25 years old and had her braces off before she graduated High School and I am still fighting this.
