I have had both bad and good feedback with them. First, I love their customer service for the most part and 9/10 times they go out of their way to help you. The other side of that is that I have a disabled father in law who couldn't pay his bill until one day after the cut off, he paid it and then they charged a reconnect fee, I understand this fee but it really doesn't make sense to charge someone who couldn't afford to pay their bill, that only puts them farther behind. I on the otherhand am on prepaid and absolultely love the service.
