Now I'm from the South, so I have high standards for homecookin and country food. And Lambert's met and exceeded them! It's hugely popular and there was a crazy long wait (over 90 min for a table for four) but I think it was worth it. The famous rolls (they throw them at you) are amazingly good and the food is plentiful - Everything comes with a couple sides and then people come around with more side dishes you can have. Plus, if you finish your plate, they'll bring you another! All you can eat! But if you don't finish it, they'll let you take it home. And man it's just as good microwaved. They had a turkey and dressing special when I went - just like Thanksgiving. Check this place out when you have a chance.
