This hardware store just moved to Vienna, VA about a year ago. My neighbors and I agree that it is pricey and going to be run out because of the high prices and long waits.
I have been in there twice so far and was surprised to see produce and canned goods inside! It is also nice to have a locally owned hardware store with a large dog to greet you.
When I went in to have a key made, he was unable to do it because the guy who makes the keys wasnt in. So my advice is to CALL before you go, they actually probably arent in McLean anymore. They have a lot of little unique things that you wouldnt find at Home Depot.
