I think that this place is a family-run business, the guy that owns it is American and I think he is a local. They take so much pride in what they do. I brought in a table-cloth once and they couldn't get the wax out. So I didn't have to pay and they just apologized. I was thankful they didn't try to ruin it. The atmosphere is dingy but you can get over that!
