Coming from NY, I was spoiled by the seemingly large supply of old Italian barbers who could cut men's hair pretty well. Supercuts doesn't meet the bar that they've set, but they do a decent enough job.
However, the manager (I think it's the manager, anyway) at the Redmond location is very rude. I was continually badgered to add additional services to my basic haircut, and when I went up to pay, she suggested to me that I purchase a cream to stop the balding process! Lord, I'm 22 years old and still have a full head of hair! I'll decide for myself if and when I want to do something like that. I don't need to hear that from a chain store manager. Very inappropriate in my opinion and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
