Jamal impresses again. I used him originally to replace a broken spring at one house which we now rent and he replaced it within a few hours of calling him on the weekend no less. Since then I had him replace sensors that were faulty and later replace garage openers at two houses and both went up without a hitch and he was more than happy to explain how it works to me and how to reset it I ever needed.
He is by far one of the best customer service experience companies I have dealt with in a long while.
It's great to see companies that still go the extra mile. You can bet when people ask for recommendations, I'll give them Jamal 's info for sure!
