Troy is a joy to work with. He is very conscientious, and if he is not able to do a good job on the pool, he advises me what he feels might be the problem, and helps us with the solution. Just recently, the pool had a suction problem. He recommended a solution, called the office on the spot, and we had our problem handled by the time he came back the next week to clean the pool.
