Recently went because my family and I are new to the area and it seemed like a nice local business in my neighborhood.
I'm astonished that they're still in business. Was 10 minutes early for an appointment, wasn't seen until 20 minutes after scheduled time. I asked receptionist if there was an issue and was told "that's just how it is sometimes". Finally saw Weaver who spent the entire time of my visit complaining about parents at a preschool "dared to park in their parking and is disrupting their business". Really? Disrupting your business that you can't see people on time even though there's not really anyone here?
The entire atmosphere at the office was borderline aggressive/combative and I was never comfortable. I'd never bring my family there.
