Brad came out to fix our plumbing problem. He found our place quickly (not easy), and found the problems. Fixed them in a jiffy and gave us clear rundown of reasons the plumbing broke. Told us how to avoid future problems. Was enjoyable to talk to, nice and respectful. Very professional in his work. Even found ways to lessen the financial impact of the situation. Good man.
