David Ary arrived at my house on time, and didn't speed through the process of diagnosing the problem with my air conditioning. I appreciated that he didn't rush through his job to get to to his next customer. At the end of his visit he gave me a well thought out diagnosis and exactly what I needed to do to get the problem fix. I immediately asked him to come back and fix it, which he did!
