Needed a broken spring repaired. Called in the early afternoon, and they sent someone right away, since it would take Hercules to open the door when a spring is broken. Not only did the gentleman replace the spring, but he looked over the entire door and opening mechanism, made multiple minor adjustments, lubricated everything, and gave excellent advice on how to better maintain the door. We've been in the house for 30 years and had the door worked on many times, but no one ever gave as much service or advised me on how to take care of the equipment to improve it's longevity. I highly recommend these people!!
