Before I went to the salon I called to get a quote on how much it would be to get highlights in my hair I was quoted $65.00 - $85.00 I was fine with this because my previous hairdresser charged me $70 for highlights and a cut amazing huh. So because she is not available anymore I decided to go here. The stylist was wonderful very nice but the owner very rude and she didn't even have a clue on what she was doing. The whole time she sat there a read a book doing nothing, but when it came time to pay my total was $125.00 WHAT? No way I'm not paying they add a cut plus style i didn't ask for my hair to get styled and i only asked for a trim. She said it's mandatory for them to give a style but not to tell customers they just charge them What kind of stuff is this? Plus the total including 20% off from the highlights you do the math if 85 +20+20= 125-20%= $ 105 the owner was not right. I paid $105 but I will never go there again.
The stylist was such a wonderful lady that she did a great job. If i could would use this lady again but not in that salon. This salon doesn't even have a price list hanging like other salons.
