When my garage door spring broke I had no idea who to call. I chose this company at random from the phone book. They scheduled me for the same day I called, arrived as scheduled and had the door repaired in 30 minutes, complete with all new springs, cables, pulleys, and safety cables. They give a 10-year warranty on parts, and the serviceman even lubricated the tracks, checked the safety sensors, and waived the service charge. I thought the price was very reasonable, and will happily call them again should I need more work done. (Ask for Johnny - he explained everything clearly and was very pleasant, as well as advising me to get a surge protector for the opener.)
