Be sure to only see Dr Robinson. He will be sure to treat you with respect and understanding. I have gone to Coventry Eyecare for years and have always had a wonderful experience. Recently new staff members have been added, and they do not maintain the same philosophy of the original staff. The are less concerned about the patient and make you feel like they are not even listening. They provide services they think you should have rather than what you actually need. For them, it is more a one size fits all mentality. Disappointing change.
