Paul at this garage door company was fantastic for the following reasons:
1.) After I emailed him explaining my problem he responded quickly and gave me a few tips to fix the issue so I could save money on the service call (not something you see everyday). Unfortunately the motherboard in my unit had gone bad and needed to be replaced.
2.) Before knowing the motherboard had gone bad, Paul came out to my house and worked on it for 45 minutes diagnosing the issue. Once he figured out what it was, he did not charge me for the visit and instead offered to install a new engine the next day for a very fair/reasonable price.
3.) After installing the new engine he noticed some faulty wiring that had been done previously and fixed it for me without charging me another dollar over the original estimate.
Save your time and call this guy, my garage door works perfectly now and the experience could not have run smoother.
