After reading many of the stellar reviews on this garage door company, I gave them a call to fix my busted garage door. I have a single 16x7 overhead door where the cables had slipped and tension was lost on the spring. The door had come down at an angle, and it took me over an hour to get it seated to the ground. An attempt to reseat the cables failed. What was an intractable job for me, John from this repair company fixed in 20 minutes!
After the work was finished, John thoroughly reviewed what he had done (and detailed on the invoice). He was honest in stating that over time what I experienced does happen, but with proper care for the door, cables and spring to help avoid the issue arising too soon.
