I was a long time client, but I'm not going back. Appointments made well in advance were changed without explanation. If the new date didn't work for me, I was told I would have to wait up to a month to get another appointment.
When I asked about the price going up, the owner's wife became belligerent. That was it for me. If they can't act civilly, I'm going elsewhere.
Did i mention they write and respond to their own reviews?!
