Just got a new washer &dryer to replace the early1990s washer dryer set we've had for a long time. The volume of water that drained out of the new washer was too much for the diameter of pipe in the house (built in the 1960s). Like good little homeowners, we tried troubleshooting techniques like snaking and making sure the air vent was clear. When Jason Z and Dennis from Bob Larson came over, they tried all kinds of things,too. Still we weren't able to make the washer drain properly and stop water from spitting out. But even though they weren't able to fix the problem, they were really good about explaining things along the way. And they were really good about not saying "Oops", or "What the ?" They maintained a calm and confident manner at all times. And the other cool thing that happened was Jason had actually been out to this house before, and once he remembered the house and the job, he actually checked on the previous repair to see if it was holding up. I thought that was pretty cool.
