If you are ever in the mood to go horseback riding, don't hesitate to drop on by the L.A. Equestrian Center, and paying for an hour-long ride. You'll be part of a pack and enter the scenic Griffith Park on your trail. The place is open from 5am to 9pm, so you'll find an available slot to ride fairly easy. The horses are great. If you want to opt for lessons, you can arrange for that too. Of course, there's more to the Center as it boasts regular horse shows and competitions. If you care to board a horse there, they've got all the amenities for the taking (not cheap). They also have a tack shop, and host weddings.
